Special purpose machines
With constantly shortened supply chains and increasing product variant diversity, the need for special machinery capable of producing custom parts according to customer requirements has grown. Specializing in stamping, embossing, and welding machines for exterior applications, we enable our customers to use flexible fixtures. These fixtures can punch desired perforations, apply embossed features, and attach necessary sensor mounts to the parts being manufactured.
Assembly Fixtures
Assembly tables and assembly fixtures facilitate the assembly of bumpers and their full equipment on the production line. The adjustability of the tables and fixtures ensures ergonomic positioning for the insertion or fastening of bumper components. The bed, replicating the bumper's shape, provides proper support and protects against damage. Integrated rollers in the fixtures allow for easy movement and flexibility in arranging assembly lines. To enhance ergonomics, all connectors and components can be placed on balls and integrated into workstation grips.
For inspecting complex components like bumpers, functional cubingss are necessary. These cubingss hold the components as they would be in the vehicle and allow for optical evaluation and measurement using measuring equipment. To accurately represent gap dimensions, simulator parts from elements such as headlights, hoods, wheel arches, or tailgates are attached. These cubings require extreme precision within hundredths of a millimeter, posing a challenge for both design and manufacturing.
Measurement Fixtures
To check for deformation and assembly feasibility of manufactured parts, these parts are positioned and measured on measurement fixtures or test gauges. This can be done using a measuring machine or sampled measurements with dial gauges. The components are usually held in a vehicle-like orientation and fixed at specific points to simulate assembly within the vehicle.
